Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (optional at checkout with additional charges)

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery in real-time.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all deliveries.

Delays & Exceptions

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you via email with an update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Yumza is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@yumza.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
