Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Yumza

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must also be in the original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (if used)
  • Clearance or final sale products

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at returns@yumza.com. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@yumza.com

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@yumza.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).
